These are the people to call for HVAC repairs. We recently had a major problem with our central AC unit. It suddenly stopped working and provided us with a lovely acrid chemical smell to fill our home (sarcasm). We were obviously concerned so started calling HVAC companies to get someone to come check it out and hopefully begin the process of repairing the unit. Airworks got out to our location within 30 to 45 minutes. They had our problem diagnosed quickly. A burned up transformer and fuse. They were able to source the part they needed, go pick it up, and have our unit repaired and working normally within 45 minutes. Their pricing was also very fair. According to what I was able to find on Google the price they gave us for the part is what it costs and their price for labor was actually a little less than expected. Fast response, honest assessment, integrity and friendly people. I couldn't ask for anything more!

I had taken the covers off my evap coil for some cleaning, the previous owners or whoever installed the unit had it all bent, twisted and rigged up, so that when I took screws out, it essentially made that section fall and disconnect from the furnace and register trunk. Their lead tech came out and sweat himself to death in my attic with outside temps creeping 100 and got this all back together level and better than it was beforehand. I was very pleased with the level of service.

I cannot brag enough on this guy! It turns out that I actually live outside his service area, but instead of just saying sorry I can't help, he stayed on the phone with me on a Friday night for nearly an hour and diagnosed my system's problems. I'm driving to Jonesboro tomorrow (Saturday) to pick up parts from him. This is service that's unbelievably WAY above and beyond the call of duty! My air was out and had been for over a year.. I have had 6 technicians across 5 different companies come look at it. None of them fixed it. I'm updating my experience. 7 months ago I had to purchase a replacement furnace. It was Feb and the lovely ice storms we get. They were quick and efficient. I didn't get a second bid so I'm not sure if they were the best priced. I knew I was on the last leg for my ac so I knew I needed to start saving money. Fast forward 7 months and my AC decides to quit with water pouring out of my ceiling. I had hoped i would get one more summer out of my ac. I came them back to them and they was problem with the size of the furnace. To make a long story somewhat short they rectified the problem and worked until 1230am with my consent to complete the job. I was upset but great professional communication and it's handled and I am very happy. I will continue to recommend highly.

Johnny gave me an estimate to replace my broken AC unit. It was the third estimate I had received and while he came in higher, he also went above and beyond to discover all possible issues and even provided suggestions on what the other companies should do if I go with someone else. I didn't think this type of customer service still existed in the industry but Airworks is proof that it does! Highly recommend if you value a professional experience and peace of mind.

Which in over 15 years and a complete new system put in a little over ten years ago never cooled the house properly. John and his assistant Michael used their expertise in putting in our new system and making sure it was working proficiently using the most recent technology available. For the first time I am looking forward to the humid and hot summers we have knowing that I have a system that is capable of handling the extreme temperatures. In addition, the owner Johnny stopped by my home on New's Eve to make sure the system was working correctly. I don't know of any other company that would go beyond normal business hours to make sure a customer is completely satisfied. It is without hesitation that I recommend calling John, Michael, or Johnny if you need any maintenance on your old system or a new system. One piece of advice for anyone choosing a company to replace your system is make sure they get a permit from the city of Jonesboro to do the work. I believe there are a number of people not doing this even though it is required. While it may be a little inconvenient, it is one way to make sure the work is done up to standards

Just had airworks install a whole new Hvac unit, and it's the second one that they've done for me over the years at different properties. These guys are top notch and go above and beyond. They do it right the first time and as long as they're around I won't use anyone else. I highly recommend them.

AirWorks was amazing! Our air went out on Father's Day and they came out promptly. AirWorks had our air up and running in no time. Our system works great now. Our technician was very professional and his communication of what he was fixing/cleaning was excellent. We have had multiple heating and cooling companies out to service our unit and AirWorks' service was by far the best experience we have encountered. We have not had any problems with our unit since.

The HVAC went out in the house I'm renting, due to an apparent bad evaporator coil. After a few days waiting for another company, I called Airworks. Johnny came out and verified the issue within 2 hours, providing an estimate for replacement. Ultimately my landlord went with his default service crew (who are also pretty great), but I still recommend Airworks if you own your own home or need responsive service.

Called on a holiday weekend at night for ac not working and showed up within an hour to diagnose problem! Came back next day with necessary parts (parts stores closed for holiday) and fixed first thing in the morning! Walked me through every thing and showed exactly what was wrong with unit. Will definitely use this service again in the future!

These guys are super! I had my air go out in me on the hottest weekend of the year and I called Johnny up and he had me back in business in a ridiculously short amount of time! Not only did he explain everything to us, he followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was ok. Also, I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for an after hours service but we found their prices to be extremely reasonable!! I will only use AirWorks for any future HVAC needs.

Answered our call on a Saturday and had us good as new in a matter of hours. Johnny was very professional and knowledgeable. Surprisingly reasonable prices for an after hours house call. Will definitely use again.

I haven't had a company that seemed to genuinely care this much. We had a broken AC and called on a Sunday morning. Had someone out there a few hours later. Found the problem and helped us out. Called to check and see how things were going a few times making sure everything was working out. They were very polite, friendly, and professional. Not too pushy on the upsale and took an easy no thank you to those things. They made sure to check with us every step of the way if they encountered any issues, explained them and what they were going to cost. I don't personally know what the average price is but a half day or so of professional work cost us about $1k which is probably fair. Im satisfied and will use again if necessary!

I got home late at night and noticed my house was about 10 degrees hotter than the thermostat was set for. I called and Johnny was able to come out early the next morning before it got hot out again. Quick service, Quality work, fair price, and just an all around professional and courteous attitude. I highly recommend!

He has saved us thousands of dollars over the years and I would not want to use anyone else. He has helped our non-profit for the last 10 years and shows a lot of care and concern. I called Airworks at 7:45 a.m on a Monday morning after my heater stopped working Saturday night. I spoke with the owner and he said he would have one of his guy out that morning. I received a call maybe 5 mins later and they were at my doorstep with 30mins. They came in diagnosed the problem and gave me my options on how to proceed. I decided since the heat and air were 25+ years old I would replace all of it. They did an outstanding job getting everything installed, they worked hard for a solid day to get the heat up and running again. Would recommend them for any of your heating and air issues.

John and Johnny from Air Works responded quickly when we left a message about a leak we had inside our house recently. They are very knowledgeable about heating and cooling issues. They gave us excellent advice and were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely call them again when we have problems. Came out found the problem control board ordered and came next day on my lunch hour 20 minutes to install still had warranty on parts but I think 310.00 labor to install part 20 minutes is high. But that may be the going rate

I called this company and John showed up when he said he would. He worked on my unit and my unit is 25 years old. He was very professional. He explained to me everything that needed to be done. He fixed everything and explained to me the changes coming and what the company can do for me in the future. Then he asked me if I back flushed the lines. When I said no he explained to me how to do it. As he was leaving he said “you know let’s just go do that now!” He showed me how to do it and then did it to make sure it was done right. This company is very professional, if you want your unit fixed or installed correctly, professionally and on time, this is the company to choose.

Honest and professional company. We had AirWorks replace our 23 year old heating/cooling system. Mr. Hankins and Mr. Alexander didn’t just recommend a unit and give us a quote, they educated us on heating and cooling systems, taking the time to explain what we needed and why. The pricing was reasonable and the install was done on schedule. We also purchased the annual maintenance program, which we felt was a good deal.

They have come twice to my residence. The first time they showed me what the problem was and educated me on how to prevent and fix the issue myself next time.
